This little casement fastener is on an out-swing casement window on a Frank Lloyd Wright home in Highland Park that was very neglected. Screens were often detailed similar to a cabinet door with little cabinet hinges a catch and cabinet knob. The sharpness in the original casting shown here proves of the quality of our turn or the century craftsmanship that we do not see from imported hardware today so sad :-(.
