This is a cast bronze hinge from the 1890’s. Note the taper on the hinge and the stamped numbers on the top. Much of the time when one locates these the knuckles are very worn because of the copper content in the bronze & years of W&T (wear and tear).
Most hinges today (the nice ones at least) such as Von Morris are extruded and the knuckles are then machined by CNC. Most pins today are also stainless steel and ‘pinched’ at the top so that your painter can remove the finials without removing the door while painting.
