These silver levers are for two sets of french doors leading into a dining room on a local home.  The levers are reproductions of a David Adler piece used on many of his homes during the early part of the last century.

These outlet cover trim plates were finished to match the hardware on a home in Michigan.  Don’t get caught missing a detail like this on your next project (we know you won’t).

These levers were re manufactured for a co-op building in the city of Chicago.  The levers were originally used and many have gone missing or have just ‘worn out’.  Watch for more photos of this install (great cremone hardware restored on this project).

brass exterior adler knobs

These little gems were machined on a CNC mill for a David Adler home in Lake Forest, Illinois.  They were originally brought in from France for this fabulous coach house & garage.  These will age and patina with time as they are not coated with lacquer (but they are waxed to age a bit more consistently).

Here are a few cabinet hardware pieces that we finished in oil rubbed bronze.  The final finish is left un-coated to allow a natural aging process.

Take a look at these restored friction hold opens we restored for a home in the Chicago area.  These were very popular at the turn of the last century.  Hopefully we will continue to see these used on new construction.

We were at the Robie House Sunday for an open house and the Wright Start program. We had our hardware on display that was fabricated from original Wright pieces from the house. It was a great day and the Robie House had a very good turn out for the tour and lunch.

These historic brass hardware pieces are being restored for reinstall on a lobby in Chicago.  Missing components are all being cast and machined from solid brass.  New exterior doors are being outfitted with electric mortise locks and all new custom historic replications.

We posted the installation photos of these knobs on rim locks.  These show the detail of the knob construction.  These were machined from a 200 pound brass bar.

These surface bolts are being used for securing screens with brass dowels at the top.  The windows are in-swing casements with our brass hardware.
