silver plated offset pivot hinges

These solid brass offset pivots were finished in satin silver for our client in New Jersey. They also have a clear coat that will aid in the prevention of tarnish.

The captioned photos here are of an installation in New York, our finish is an old brass with wax. Most of the hardware was original and the balance was made for the remodel/addition.

Captioned here are some molds for both a pocket door pull and a back-plate for exterior hardware. These will now be used to cast our clients hardware in bronze for a local project.

What a difference, these are the knobs captioned from a few days ago. They are now polished nickel and absolutly fabulous.

The captioned finials are for a project on the North Shore of Chicago’s Lake Michigan. The final finish will be silver (one of the finials in this photo does have the silver finish).



deming cabinet knobs

These custom cabinet knobs were made based on a sketch provided to us. The sketch is converted into a scupt and this sculpted piece is what we use to make a latex mold for the lost wax casting process. These knobs will be finished today by our staff in Wilmette, Illinois.

This mold was made for a local project and will be used with a suite of hardware [the deming hardware suite]. The captioned mold was made in a vacuum because of all the detail. The final lever will be cast in solid bronze.
