This set was fabricated for a large screen door on a home in Lake Forest, Illinois. We used a full mortise lock with springs set up to support the unusually heavy lever.

rixon hinge restored

This Rixon hinge is a part of an overall hardware package for a client in Chicago, Illinois. We were able to locate additional hinges for new doors the client added to the floor plan. #11 slotted screws were also finished to match custom hardware that will be provided.
