These are newly fabricated cremones that were installed in Virginia. The finish is butler silver. Architects and designers seem to have re-discovered silver plated hardware. Silver was a very popular finish in fine homes around the turn of the century and typically was reserved for special spaces such as a living room or formal entry. We have seen entire 1st floors done in silver as well.
